What is GREEN

Contabo S3 (VIP) — extended matrix 29/29 GREEN (bounded) recorded at fleet tip 77dd9f4 / binary 117d7b08… before this roll. Short EC2 SigV4 smoke also GREEN at that tip. Not a multi-hour soak; not full AWS IAM cloud. VIP is now 100% 8663d11 (all four proxies). Matrix was not re-run on this roll.
Lab LocalDir cold — LocalDirColdBackend (filecold://…) + ?restore RestoreObject + archive-on-transition unit suite GREEN on swift3 (physical cold unit + archive unit).
Cold canary (swift3) — GREEN (Smoke A) then GREEN (Smoke B). APPLY_OK, not rolled back. Smoke A: TempAuth PUT/GET 201/200; S3 POST ?restore on a warm object returns HTTP 400 InvalidObjectState (handler live). Smoke B: restore POST 202 / GET 200 RestoreStatus on a planted/archived object. Validated on localhost:8080, not via VIP.
Fleet cold enable (swift1/2/4) — APPLY_OK 2026-08-13T03:11:52Z–03:15:30Z. Sealed artifact tar sha 50c0245d030409b230ad6ccaa0577a769954d185a7c0b05715aae2eaedf362c0. Installed+running SHA on all four: b64deec239833c567604d9efe0211b3bd20b543b570de675cc40fd7fe4785148. swift3 binary not replaced this roll. Tiny TempAuth PUT/GET on swift1 PASS.
